Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Amishcraft. As a result, we will do our best to make sure you receive your order in a safe and timely manner. Since our items are handmade, many of the items may take 1 to 2 weeks to ship. We guarantee shipment within 30 days, or its free.
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra charge. Because most of our items are large, and the shipping somewhat costly, we can only accept returns that are damaged as a result of shipping. You must notify us within 15 days via email to receive a free replacement. We will then give you instructions on how to return the damaged item to us.
